Even if it was left in editable oekaki, it would have to follow the rules. c:
The reason we require all pets to be linked is because groups can be changed without any history of what pets were in them. If someone decides to participate based on a specific pet in the group, which is later removed, then they would no longer have the chance to get something that was initially promised. This wouldn't be fair, and would essentially be considered a scam.

If you are just looking to buy art or characters, you should advertise in the proper forum board or pick a few pets as prizes to dedicate to this event.
