this belongs in the regular art competitions board since there is no lineart. If it is in the oekaki section the rules say there must be a lineart.

Oekaki rules say a lineart OR a proper background. This has a proper background, so it's in the right forum. Please make sure you understand the rules before trying to correct someone.

Oekaki rules say a lineart OR a proper background. This has a proper background, so it's in the right forum. Please make sure you understand the rules before trying to correct someone.
And the rules state you need them to edit something like that, I'm asking for someone to make be a lineart and two backgrounds in the comp c:
