Guest artist applications are open!!

Winners will be chosen mid-June, the exact date currently TBD. To apply, fill out the form below. Please include 1-3 design examples done in the artist search above so I can see how you work with the Kalon lines. You may add edits to your Kalon-line entries, but don't go overboard, as I'm looking for good designers over good editors. You can supplement these entries with other designs you've done on other lines, for other species, etc.

If you've already made some designs on the Kalon lines in the past you do not have to redo them, but if you want to make fresh entries, feel free to!

Guidelines for chosen guest artists:

-You may make four Kalons for adoption--

-two common
-one uncommon
-one rare
-Once you make three or four Kalons for others to adopt, you may make yourself a custom with up to rare edits.
-You may make the competitions whatever you'd like, but try not to make the contests last longer than a month.
-If your competition requires more effort than a raffle or naming contest, please give out at least two honorable mentions.
-You may award up to one RU, but this is not required.

Other: Yoo I'm Pastel but I'm more commonly known as Cas or Rory. I absolutely love kalons! Fall out Boy gives me most design inspiration. I like to challenge myself when designing but I don't really enjoy doing stripes. I like working with colours that are in range of each other also.

i'm currently an artist for bell kitties and lippus, and i have been a guest artist for puffsnaps !! i love most CS
adoptables including plumerians and sushi slugs, but kalons are my absolute favourite ! i am on CS for six to
eight hours every day. i really enjoy designing with browns, greyscale, salmon/coral, and dulled out/greyed
teals and greens, also pastels !! i love to use the watercolour tool to give the design a nice, soft feel. i've been
drawing for about two years now! i suffer from depression and anxiety but designing and drawing both help
cheer me up lots. i love to listen to bands like tally hall, twenty one pilots and kero kero bonito while designing,
because they give me inspiration! i strongly dislike using bright/neon colours while designing. i love doing line
edits, especially hair/fur/tail ! i currently work at my moms dress shop, too. other than that i'm pretty boring,
but if you ever want to talk i'm up for it!! Aaron you must let me win i am your mother

Other: hi there, I'm ginger, a girl living in the west coast of the usa. I'm relatively new to designing (less than 2 years), but I'm excited to see more progress in my designs. I love to do natural colored designs, especially ones with small pops of unnatural colors. I also like to do designs with palette themes. With edits, I'm a sucker for drawing long braids and spiked hair. I do tend to stray away from neon designs or designs with tons of bright colors. I'm currently an artist for the species pikits, created by minette, but haven't tried for any others yet. I am looking into trying to be a makoatl GA and look for more species on CS.

In terms of activity, I somehow find time to go online almost everyday. I can create designs I'm happy with in about 1-4 hours, meaning I'd be able to get a design up once or twice a week. Thank you for your consideration, and good luck to all my fellow competitors! <3
