To answer your question, I guess, it would? However, please do not create an entry using this idea! It is a great idea, but this would be considered a very rare. Very rares are STRICTLY for special numbers or occasions. Staff cannot create VRs as a custom, so it is not fair if they are choosen as an artist and keep their VR entry. Sorry!
I should've put on the main post that VRs are not aloud to be made in this contest, sorry! Starring now, nobody may make any Tara entries that are classified as Very rare. And if someone did make a Tara that qualifies as a VR and becomes an artist, I ask that you don't keep it or simply change it to be a rare or under! /)v(\
