What is a signature goblin?
- A signature goblin (sig gobs for short) is a small creature that fits in the palm of your hand or in your signature. They are mischievous little creatures, always looking for good pranks to play, until they settle down and find a home.
They are all unique, each with different lines and designs. There will never be two sig gobs with exactly the same outlines, but they can be similar, especially if they're part of the same litter.
They grow! As long as you don't re-upload the image, it will change, so keep checking back! They go through four stages: egg, juvenile, adolescent, and adult. However, PPS is possible!
Oh no! There are no lines! How do I color?
- Part of the fun of these adopts is the fact that no two have the same lines! There is, in fact, no specific lineart, because I am looking for creativity when you're creating the lines! Perhaps they have wings, or glowing eyes, or their back is covered in mushrooms. Go bonkers! 8D Do read the next part before coloring, though, please.
This isn't an ordinary artist search, is it? What do I need to know?
- • As I said previously, make your own lines. I have provided a rough sketch for you to turn into lines, to make it easier on you. Sig gobs do have basic anatomy which is roughly canine/feline in nature, but you CAN change the snout/tail/legs. On the actual adopts, there won't be a sketch, but you can easily make one.
• Sig gobs come in litters of 5-6 every month. Please make a cover for your entries (ex. "impossible;;'s litter entry") and put your litter entry there. I only require that you make 3-4 entries, becasue of school etc. starting up. However, I do require that you make at least 2 so I can get a sense of your art skills. You don't have to make a version for each stage, but please at least make an egg and adult version. Add me so I can see both.
• This is an artist search, therefore I shall look at your entries as a whole and tell you if you've made it. Post here when you've finished your entries so I can see them all, rather than a few half-finished eggs.
• If you have more questions, go ahead and post!
