I hope it's okay that it isn't Oekaki...
But basically it's kind of like a dog but with antlers and those ears. The antlers are wrapped in strings with beads and feathers. The shaded part of the right side antler is like a fabric or something under the string I guess. They can be pretty much any color/pattern. That's it I guess... It can be changed a bit if desired.
