Just clarifying, but cover pages from before the notice about them not being allowed are fine, right?

I just wanted to ask because someone mentioned that perhaps all cover pages weren't allowed, including ones made before the notice, and I have already made two entries, with a third half-completed. I don't want to have to redraw them unless I have to. ^^'
