Its not against the rules if a mod has not shut it down yet ,its a ref ,and its from google i havent a clur where it came from its just to get an idea it to the competders head

You still have to provide a background at least(ex. a blue sky, green grass, a squiggly sun. It's really not hard). Otherwise no one will enter. Follow the rules, it's not that hard!...Or no one will enter and you'll probably get in trouble.
