For the contest you have to know the types of duvet and how to make a glowing effect. If you do not, I will explain below.
Glowing Effect!
Stripes are only black or white, so firstly- on a seperate layer (Layer 1), make your stripes. They must be white unless you are making an inverse Duvet.
Done?
Ok, duplicate that layer. It should say Layer 1 copy.
Click on the layer under it (Layer 1) and color it any color.
Then click on Effects- Blur- Box Blur
A window popped up right? Keep the blur amount at 3 and Iteration 1 and hit OK.
There's your glow. If it doesn't look right, message me.
Rules!
You may not keep the design unless stated by me.
If you do not follow the coat guidelines- it will not count.
I erased the shading layer because I want to see designs! Nothing that will cover up the design.
If you make a shading layer it will not count.

Oh, and cool eye designs (must glow) if any. Please don't go overboard though.
Remember! The eye color is the exact same as it's glowing color!
