i will be judging the quality and the quanity. So if someone has one REALLY good entry but another person has three good entries, I will choose the person with multiple entries for effort.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up as far as placings go for prizes(right?), but what about the designs? :) sorry to bother with questions.

I will probably not keep all the designs if a person who made multiples won. I will probably choose one or two or their designs depending on the reasons I placed them.

But I will be keeping at least one design from the people who get a prize

I'm fine with that. ^^ It follows cs rules too. ^^ (I might recommend adding "prizes are subject to change" in the rules, just encase you plan to edit them again. :3 )
