The winner will be an artist, and gets to choose 40 pets that are not rares.

The new species, when created, will be in the adoptable Oekaki forum.

Any other information needed?

can the winner be an artist too, and will there art be displayed in the adoptable oekaki form? We need more info, and I doubt anyone will enter from such a little prize. Just sayin'
