In a design? I don't know. A solid base, bright contrast, and colors like neon blue being isolated to a couple stripes. And maybe glowy eyes. There's not alot I don't like.

Be patient! Don't expect so many people to come at once! A lot of people dont visit the contest board a lot either. Also add prizes and your likes and dislikes, it helps know what you want in a design.

Yes I did, prizes will come later and you like purple and solid bases. The reason why I join contests is the likes and dislikes, and the prizes obviously. You also don't have to bump every 10 minutes or so.
