But still other people expected a prize, Most people was the only reason they actually put work into the entry was to try to achieve the prize. If you read the rules here It clearly states not to trade or not give out prizes that were listed.

Also I have PMed a few people and they will receive runners up prizes. I have also PMed a few people about buying their entry off them so I don't see what the problem is.

As someone just posted the rules for you, I'm confused why you still want to lock it. You must hand out the promised prizes and declare a winner. People put hard work into this for you and you cannot simply cancel because you do not have time.

If you do not choose a winner and give them the promised prizes staff will deal with this contest for you.

Yes they were. I let the two people choose from those prizes and some other pets as there was two winners. If you like I'll put up a list of the people who won?
