um ya but some people did do what he wanted. and ya they has a right to change the rules i supose.... but it still isent that fair. And in no way will i change my entry just because they decide okay i think i will alow them to work out side the lines!!! I worked hard to do that and I HATE DRAWING HUMANS!!!!

i think it looks better in the lines, it makes it look cooler.

i can understand that u probably don't feel that this was very fair, but you still have an equal chance of winning the hot first prize(:

that wouldn't really affect you. as long as you showed effort and had a good idea. it isn't your contest, so I guess pie popper has the right to change the rules. you can also go back and edit it...

i secreatly like the ones that did follow the rules. *shhh* they do have a slight better chance of winning

i know perfectly how hard it is. the peeps who drew inside the circle showed more talent
