Yep, still active.
This will be open pretty much until the end of time, if I'm not able to find a large group of artists that I want for the adoptable.

There are a lot of entries currently, how many artists do you need?

Though they're all good, most of the entries are not the kind of designs I'm hoping to get for the adoptable, so not a lot of the artists that made them would end up working for AaGWC.

I suppose that is understandable. Do my entries fit the ideal?

They're closer than some other entries, but some of the lines are too uneven or thin.. very close tho!
If anyone wants to see the ideal, check out some old designs!

Ah okay. At the other adopts I draw for, Roonz Cats, we do more realistic designs. I guess I'm too much into that still ^^
I can work on my entries if you'd like, I would really like to help AaGWC

EDIT:

Did you mean something like this? Still looks generally realistic, but with thicker/more even stripes

Yeah, that's pretty similar to what I'm looking for but the stripes are still very thin.
Note that AaGWC may never start back up again, even if I get a few people I'd like to hire I'm kinda looking for a full staff

Well, if you do bring it back, I would love to help out. Might I ask, just curiously, why a realistic style is not much accepted, along side the cartoony style? I saw quite a few cats who looked very nice with the realistic style.

Although, I did notice what you were referring to in a few examples that looked nice in the cartoony style

My main reason is pretty much just opinion/aesthetic, I guess. Realistic designs seem to be hit-or-miss because of lineart style we have, and cartoony designs work better on the lines.

That's true, I suppose.
