Rules
Yes, we all hate them. But if you don't follow them, you won't be able to adopt a Koliara.
• Be nice to everyone
• No demanding to be an artist
• No major line edits
• Use unique designs
• Do not copy designs
• Only add wings if it completes the design.
• You can enter Twice
• You cannot keep your entry, unless otherwise stated by me
• If you don't win, don't take it personally

Design Info
Koliara designs are rarely simple.
They often have spots & dots near their paws, around their face, and/or on ther tail puff.
A Koliara's eyes, nose, feathers, wings, and tail puff are the same color 50% of the time.
Their feathers and tail puff are never the exact same shade as the body. If they do have wings, they are never solid in color.

Prizes
I will pick 1-3 Permanent artists, and as many guest artists that I feel qualify.
Permanent artist payment: 1 rare
Guest artist payment: 5 uncommon
All permanent artists will get two free customs and one free breeding done by me. They can make an unlimited # of adopts.
All guest artists will get a free breeding, or custom done by me. They can make 4 adoptables, if I dont bump them up to permanant artist later on.

Koliara
K-ah-lee-are-a
Koliara are coyote sized animals. They have a pointed muzzle, and an oval-like head. They have a slender body, and slim legs. Their tail is mostly skinny, but has a fluff of fur at the tip.
Their name originates from the French, who discovered them. Koli comes from the french word 'Kolibri', which means hummingbird. People often described them as Hummingbird-Foxes since they often have feathered legs, and can have small wings.
