My older sister wondered that too >w>; It's supposed to be shine on the lip. Please don't shoot me; I know it looks like crap. I'm an inexperienced 11 year old >.>

just a tip for you: if you want to add a shine (like on her lip) don't circle it in black lineart, it should be a lighter area as it is a highlight, not a heavily defined area. Just leave off that outline and it'd be more clear that it was a highlight
