A redline for: wolferyna
This shows a lot of potential, Wolferyna, but there are a lot of anatomical issues that I see.
The most major one is the wings. Wings don't look like that at all, but it's a common mistake for people to draw them like that.
Read this entire wing tutorial for some VERY helpful pointers on wings: http://theantimonyelement.deviantart.co ... -150844565
It'll help you define the areas of the wing and get the anatomy right. Think of the limb as an arm with feathers, not just a stick sticking out.
As for the head, it looks much more like a wolf than an eagle. The only bird that has its nostril on the end of the beak is the kiwi, otherwise it should be tucked up at the top of the beak. The eye should also be higher up, and placed more closely to the beak. It should also be shaped like a bird's eye, which is round, not angular. I used this bird for reference in my redline - http://www.deviantart.com/#/d3khro5
I feel that the ear should be bigger, but that's all personal preference.
I also slimmed down his throat, and made it taper off just before the chest. Big cats like lions have a very powerful chest, so it makes the Gryphon look a little more distinguished if the shoulder/chest area pops forward.
Now for the limbs. The limbs on your Gryphon are, to put it simply, chunky. The feet you drew are VERY large. The legs themselves are too. So, this guy could do with a diet and a bit of slimming down there.
The front limbs of your Gryphon are definable as bird because of the lines that you put on it, but that is the only thing that tells me they are bird limbs. You drew the toes much more like paws, while bird feet are much longer and tiny, perfect for gripping around branches. -- http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qPhezOleCRI/T ... e_6593.jpg
For the lion limbs, they are again very blown up and chunky. Slim those down, and make sure to define the forwards limb where the knee bends, or else it winds up looking like they have a broken leg, rather than a bent one.

And for the tail, it needs to be placed up higher on the body and should be longer. Tails don't randomly pop out from between the legs. They tapper off directly from the cat's spine, and since lion's have a very deep curl in their back, the rump will be higher here.
Reference as much as possible when drawing, and feel open to reading tutorials. They can really help! : D
