Shading practice this time. I guess I'm getting better.

If I may make a recommendation, try setting the opacity / transparency to a very low number, such as five. It's what I do to shade all of my pictures, and it allows a much smoother transition from shading to regular colors. ^^

Yeah, that was probably the hardest thing for me to get, too. But it gets easier with practice and messing around with the tools a bit. XD
