You have really good proportions in relation to how the road is going off into the distance. I don't know the proper term for it, but it doesn't look off at all. Also, I like how you did the rain. Sometimes rain in artwork can take up so much space and obscure the subject (sometimes that's the point, but sometimes not) but you make it clear that it is raining without taking away from the street.
