To know that you enjoyed my design process and end product means a lot! Let me tell you it was an internal struggle because my ability to execute what's in my head is quite lackluster.
But who cares about that, I sure don't. I just care about this lovely work of art ;^; I love how her position on the canvas leads your eye away from the center. Her spots are so sharp and clean, and her facial expression is really serene. The lighting behind her makes her pop out and I especially love that you used yellow light c; I think the shading is absolutely fantastic, though I can drop you a little hint: don't shade with black! Black over makes colors look muddier. If you can, use a darker version of the color you're shading on. And even better, tone shift! This video might help c:
For real though, thank you so much for this, I love it in every way. If you have a Toyhouse I'd love to credit you there!
I'm so glad you like it!! <3 That's true, I've heard that before! I once also heard that I could shade in grey as well, which I did. Where I messed up was probably 1 layer where I threw a fade of white to black, I'll see about changing it from white to gray and see if it looks any better? Thanks for the vid though, I'll check it out when I've got more time! ^^
You're welcome! I'm kind of new to toyhouse, so it's a bit empty for now, lol. My toyhouse goes by the same username as here. ^^
