Meh.
I hate feeling bad for myself because I know that someone else has had a day 10 x worse than my own.
My life would be luxury to them; so why am I so empathetic for myself?

Don't feel bad about feeling bad! Telling someone not to feel bad because they have it better than others is like telling you not to be happy because someone else is happier.
It's okay if you're feeling down sometimes! Just don't linger on those feelings any longer than you have to.
