The most common thing I see with anatomy in creatures is when you get too loose with your curves. While curves are great, they aren't great for everything. Most what I fixed was this looseness. Stiffening up the anatomy some more and playing around with the proportions.
I made the head ideally smaller, and dug out the muscles more on the body. I felt the creature needed a more bulky appearance to befit some of it's features {like those jaws and his horns for instance}.
Everything else is a matter of detail and willingness to define what it is. Such as how the hair on the tail sits, how textured something is, etc etc.
