This may be helpful in my case, I had two drawings that when I drew and decided to post and finish later then I couldn't color it in because the templet was fully white with my drawing gone. However I'll try this tomorrow and see if it fixes my case :3

They were added just fine, but usually it didnt change the current colour when i wanted it, so I had to use the colour pick tool to use the colours

This bug has now been fixed :)

Do those drawings currently load properly if you use the old Oekaki version instead?

Can you visit this page and let me know what it says about your installed Java version?

http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

I went to the page and here are the details...

Java Plug-in 10.7.2.10
Using JRE version 1.7.0_07-b10 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:\Users\Allison
----------------------------------------------------
c: clear console window
f: finalize objects on finalization queue
g: garbage collect
h: display this help message
l: dump classloader list
m: print memory usage
o: trigger logging
q: hide console
r: reload policy configuration
s: dump system and deployment properties
t: dump thread list
v: dump thread stack
x: clear classloader cache
0-5: set trace level to <n>
----------------------------------------------------

That's odd, those are the normal messages that appear while starting up, with no errors. Can you try this for me?

Go to Start -> Control Panel, then to "Java". If you don't see Java, you might need to switch to Icon View or Classic View first. From the Java popup, go to the Advanced tab. Tick "show console" (near the top), and tick the box "show applet lifecycle exceptions", then click Apply.

Close and reopen your web browser, then try to draw in the new forum. You should get a little pop up window with a bunch of text in it. Please copy that log and paste it here. (Afterwards you can go back into Java settings and tick "Hide console" again which is the default).

Do you get an error message? What does this page say about your installed Java version?

Does it still fail if you do a really tiny drawing (just draw a line on an otherwise empty canvas or something)?

It did give an error message, and my java version is fairly updated. Should I upadate it again?

Yes, but it continues to save after displaying the error message. Meaning I'd be able to post.

Nope, they still don't work but I'll be on today to try this new function :3

But what if your computer can't use the new oekaki? What if you aren't allowed or your computer wont allow you to download the new java update. Will I or we never be able to use oekaki again?

I like it, but whenever I try to load a saved drawing, it loads really fast to a certain point, then stops, and won't load any more no matter how long I wait. Loading when I'm starting a new drawing works fine, and I can still load drawings on the old oekaki.

Edit: I tried refreshing it a lot, and eventually it didn't get stuck and loaded the drawing. It took a while, though...
