This are Gauche and Noir (actually one person, Gauche is the original person and Noir after he lost his heart) from Tegami Bachi also known as Letter Bee.
This took me quite a while, especially the ying and yang thing since they don't have set circles...
I think the ying and yang looked better in red and green but i wanted to show each character's attitude towards the capital and red and green could be interpreted differently. I'll make an other version with red and green, maybe with harry potter or stuff
