Just sketching out some of the key features of my soon-to-be species, Time Keepers. They always carry a watch on a chain around their neck. They have 3 pupils per eye. They have large, tapered ears. They have very lemur-like paws. Here's a more in-depth description of a Time Keeper:

Keepers, overall, look very much like a combination of a cat and a chinchilla. They have very large, slightly tapered ears that can swivel to catch sound, and very large, almond-shaped eyes. Their eyes are quite unique, as they actually have 3 pupils, one being primary and larger than the other two, which are secondary. The nose is small and shaped much like a dogs', but a bit flatter. Their muzzle is very cat like, but slightly broader. They have split lips, and very small mouths. Their hind legs are much like a hares', and are a bit longer than the front legs (which are very cat-like, but stockier), which gives an arch to the back when standing. Their paws are very lemur-like (front and hind), allowing them to grip and hold onto objects and such when climbing or investigating. Their tail is another very unique feature. It is quite long and shaped much like a gecko's (and stores fat, as well) but is covered in a layer of short, velvety fur. The end of the tail actually has a mouth on it. This mouth, referred to as the secondary mouth, lacks teeth but makes up for it by having a hardened, serrated edge (lips?). Both mouths (facial and tail) are equipped with a long, slimy pink tongue (the facial one being flatter and cuter). The secondary mouths' tongue is almost always out.
Keepers also always have horns (though the image ref lacks them for the sake of being a reference), which come in many fashions such as antelope, ram, gazelle, pronghorn, and bull.
And, last but not least, Keepers are best known for always carrying a pocket watch on a chain around their neck, which they check frequently.
