the read is the sketch (use the circle... circle is your god...)
and blue is the outline
and the black is obviously the lines.
I got him a LITTLE out of proportion, but you get the general idea.
~ * * * ~
drawing men has around the same concept as drawing girls, but not as complex (for one reason or another) Guys have a more gaunt face and figure and their shoulders tend to be wider, about two and a half times the witch of their head (in front view) when drawing a guy, the angles tend to be a bit more shard and the chin it thicker and more visible. since most guys have short hair, or a suitable reason for long hair, their ears almost always show. I'm really bad at ears and I ate drawing them, but I know that on guys, I have to, so that's why I practice.
A guy's eyes tend to be wider and smaller than a females eyes, with either ticker, and slightly untamed eyebrows. as you can see, this guy's eyebrows are mega thick, but that's okay, because it fits.
I didn't want him to look threatening, so I put him in a nice polo.
I accidentally made his head too big, but it proves a point that guys have a very specific design, which is probably why they're so hard to draw.
I hope this was helpful, and I'm probably gonna make a lot more soon.
