I made my own little species... Adra Koi. I know, weird name, and lousy drawing. If you see a species like this, free free to tell me. I might as well tell you guys about there features. Mods, DO NOT move this to the Adoption forum. Here is the first & original drawing of my species;
And here is some info on them:
Fake Ears: The grey ears are fake, they are really bones covered in fur. When an enemy thinks he's smart, he'll bite at their ears to disable their hearing, thinking the ones that stand out are the real ones. Wrong! They'll get broken teeth.
Sharp Leg-Bones: The bones are the legs are tools of defense, and can cause some serious damage to the attacker.
Long, Sharp Claws: They help catch prey and climb trees by digging the curved black claws into the bark.
Arm Wings: The wings help glide lightly across the ground, but you can do no serious flying with them.
Long tail: It helps when the Koi is in desperate need of balance.
Long, thick fur keeps them cool in summer and warm in winter.
Fire is their life energy. When born, they are engulfed in flames to tell you that it's alive. The flames die out until only the tip of fire is lit. Some flame colors are rarer than others, such as crimson and green, which are extremely rare. More common colors are orange, yellow, and red. If some of the fire goes out, that means the Koi is become weaker or dying. Besides that, the fire is what gives Adra Koi's magic; depending on the fire color, it gives off more magic or less.
Anyway, this is Black, my boy. I'm not thinking of putting these for adoption, unless a lot of people want me to it and someone will draw me a good lineart for a adoption thread. If that isn't happening, sorry, but I prefer to keep these to myself. :P
