Basically just what the title says.... I was practicing drawing fire without use of the blend tool. I feel like my oekaki fire effects have improved a lot, although they still aren't as great as I can do in photoshop. So yeah, here's some basic orange fire, as well as practice in other colours, and a candle!
I really like the flame in the upper left hand corner, I feel like I really had things mastered by the time I did that one.
