This is a super super old character I found while excavating the piles of junk in my desk yesterday. She was part of a ridiculously cheesy comic I wrote (or tried to write) in 2009. The comic was really lame, but I still liked the character, so I decided to draw her. :3
It's been forever since I used chibipaint...I've gotten used to using Corel Essentials 4, so it was like a blast of memories to come back to this.
