Well, RedBubble is where you can load prints from your computer (I THINK I HAVE NOT TRIED I OUT) and from what I've heard you can do leggings, skirts, t-shirts, tank-tops, phone cases (Iphone5 and 6 I think) and stickers, probs more as well.

Okay, so I've got a RedBubble account now! I have one commission to complete before I can take any of these, but when that's done, I'll take one or two shirt commissions! All shirts will be printed by RedBubble.
Shirts be $27 (give or take a few cents), and you'll need to have a RedBubble, PayPal or deviantArt. RB is DEFINITELY preferred, but PayPal and deviantArt are okay, too. They're just more complicated to purchase through.
If you're still interested in this idea and willing to purchase one, please post!
I'm willing to do designs for nearly any items that RB sells (phone cases, hoodies, notebooks, ect), but the prices will be different for those! You'll have to talk to me individually for those prices.

I'm ready to do one of these. :) I'll only take one, and it'll be first come first serve (although I retain the right to refuse a commission) If you're interested, please contact me through BubbleMail at LazyFox123 on RB. Here's a design I got for myself on a hoodie, if anyone would like an example. I'm not married to that one style, so I'll be happy to try other stuff for you.

Right now, I'm only selling to people with a RedBubble account. I may start accepting payment through dA and PayPal later, but they'll complicate matters so much that I'm not willing to do that on the first try.

For prices, please see the RedBubble bast price list. I want to make a $6 profit off of everything that I sell (at least for now), so look at the USD price (fourth column) and add $6. For example, the bast price of a unisex adult t-shirt is $20.67; with my $6 profit, that's $26.67. Please note that I may not be able to get the price to exactly $26.67, but I'll definitely get it within 2 or 3 cents.
I'm no longer limiting this to just shirts, so I'm willing to do designs for a lot the products that RB has to offer!
