This picture was just so interesting (Since I love hybrid creatures) that I had to color it. :3 Sorry, I kind of messed up the flippers... And the back shading is a total failure. It's horrible. Just horrible. I like how the tail came out, though. :) I think I shall call him/her Spirit, or Element.
