This is the kind, cute, single old man living across from you, that enjoys tacos and always dials you before he calls and orders his, to see if you'd want one. He has a red eared slider turtle named Ralph. No matter what, he always gets a soft shell taco for his old teeth. He can't handle hard shell. :] You will usually see Mr. Skipps in his front yard sitting criss cross in the grass, as Ralph, his turtle, crawls slowly where he pleases. But there is a distance limit, he MUST stay in the grass. Once Skipps sees you appear from your front door, he picks Ralph up and hurries over, greeting you kindly and hoping that you will have a safe drive. And once you get into your car, he waits on the curb, and waves to you, before marching back over proudly to his lawn and playing with Ralph.
