story or background he was in an arabian stud farm, the conditions were terrible, all of the horses were extremeley emaciated, there were some mares on the lot, they were well fed and cared for, which was surprising. the reason the owner got away with this is because they operated from a website where the owners of the mares that were going to breed just looked at photos of the horses and copies of their pedigrees, then they would drop off the mares and pick them up later. one curious owner decided to show up and chek out their farm, the neglecter wasn't home, so she just looked around. she called the ASPCA immediateley, and the horses were rescued the same day, all of them including the mares there were 12 horses in all, shahob was almost dead when he got to the vet, and maracylously he survived
