@Animals, I never asked for her to know that it was copyright and I didn't expect her to. And by the way, I refuse to take a person seriously who tells me out by using terms from a fictional book.
@Everyonke who said names don't matter, the design does. Your wrong. Common names such as Bob, Ray, Moss, Spot, or Sparky have been used so much, that there is no point. Special, unique names that took you hours to think of should be copyrighted. Design is not the only hard thing when it comes to making a character, names matter too.
@"ShadeBlood" like I said before, I never asked her to know it was copyright and I was expecting her to know. First of all, How am I supposed to know this when I first made a statement? Second, it is a name, and it does matter alot. What if someone walked up to you and said "Your name is ugly, I'll call you it from now on." You'd be a little irritated wouldn't you? Third, I didn't lash out, I confronted. There's a difference. Ive never in my life seen another JayHeart, that's why I confronted her.
