I'm sorry - but I would love to have this girl! She's soo beautiful.....The only problem is that I can't do art. At all. I have neither Java nor talent. Is there any way I can still apply for her?

Hmm... Since how it isn't working for you, then yes you may apply without the art. :] Howeverm if there is any way you can get some traditional art up (such as with a scanner or a camera) that would be wonderful.
