"Can I have a puppy for Christmas mommy?" A little girl asked, wearing a red turtleneck dress. Her curly red hair was in two braids and her hazel eyes buried themselves into her mothers with anticipation. Her mother hugged her 6 year old daughter and kissed her head. "Of coarse!" That Christmas eve her mother bought a dog, this dog was dyed green, blue and white at birth and she put him in a box, ribboned the box and the next morning the girl awoke to a large package that was rolling around, as if it was looking for its rightful place. "YOU GOT ME A PUPPY MOMMY! YOU REALLY DID!' She said opening the box and hugging the jumping dog. On the puppy, was a dark, navy blue collar, and stitched across in green, was the word "Blade"
