Redline

Not bad, but I have some tips.

1. the muzzle should be as long/short as you please, but remember; the longer the muzzle, the more coyote-ish looks like. And the shorter the muzzle the more wolf-ish it looks like(just don't make it like a pug)Also, a wolf nose isn't perfectly round. It has lines and curves to it. I also usually make a bit of flesh to the edge of the mouth so you can make a wolf smile or frown and define the expression. The lower jaw needs to be just a bit before the top jaw.

2. An eye is very difficult to master(please excuse my fail) but is the best item to define the expression. There should be a round oval/circle above the eye to replace an eyebrow. Pupils are also very important. Have you ever realized that cats have a more evil look? while wolves have a soft look? It is because cats have slit pupils, while wolves have round pupils.

3. This is a very short explanation. The fur at the jaw nedds to be facing in one directions, specifically a triangle edge.

4. Ears are my least favorite subject. But, I dislike making the little blackness/fur inside the ear so I just make multiple ines and add shading, simple as cake. ^-^

5. Everything must be placed perfectly(or as close as you can get it) Not much to explain here, so lets move on.

6. EVERY piece of art is made from basic shapes. This wolf/coyote is made from 2 trianges, 1 oval, and 1 cirle. remember this.

Hope you liked the red-lining. This was really fun!
