This is the things you need to work on;

Your ears are a bit too small, and they need a little more dimension. They need more fluff too...
Your muzzle is a little too long, shorten it and make the jowls two separate structures.
You need a defined cheek bone and a slanted chest (MAOR FLUFFY!) :3
Your forehead is too define, soften it up and make the connection between the head and ears a little higher up.
Make the nape of the neck more slanted.. and.. you guessed it, more fluffness.
The fluff on the top of the cheek is a good idea, but, when my sister saw this (her words, not mine)
"What is that thing that looks like fish scales?"
You need it longer and with less defined elf locks.
Your eye is pretty good :3
