I haven't been on in a while and I forget how to enable everyone to color in, can someone help me?

Have you tryed typing "everyone" in?

1. Go back to this lineart page
2. Draw on it or whatever you want to do on it
3. When your done click save and click "No, I'll finish it later"
4. Go to Okaki
5. Go to competitions
6. Click new drawing
7. Click on your drawing that you saved
8. Submit it
9. Do all the stuff you need to post and do for it to be a contest
10. Then your done! =D

you have the right idea but it's missing all the layers and such and you cannot color it in.
