Neon

X3 A few weeks ago my brother caught me doodling a picture of my fursona and asked what it was. After a (rathe lengthy) explanation me and him both launched ourselves into the task of creating him one. This was the result <3 For now my brother has named his fursona Neon, mostly because any bright colors on him glow in the dark as well as his tongue, which is also rainbowed.
