Haruki is another Multi-Type Umbreon. A Dark/Steel type.
He is a mature Umbreon. He is very caring and wishes to be powerful enough to protect his friends.
He is one of Fuzen's first experiments with Clash and Phantom. Because of his Steel type mix. He is slower then normal Umbreon's, has a higher defense/sp. def as well. Also able to use Steel type attacks.
When Haruki, Clash and Phantom escaped team Fuzen. Haruki became the leader of the 'Escaped Experiment' group. But when they met Kyoshi and the other Rainbow Pokemon, he wasn't strong enough to keep his place as the leader and gave it to Kyoshi.
