-Tomboy. Having grown up with four brothers and only one sister, Lani enjoys running through the forest and getting dirty. This characteristic is also a given, seeing as there isn't any room for soft feelings- she's a warrior. She's going to be fighting in a war one day, and needs all the training she can get.
-Anxious. Lani's anxiousness springs from her thoughts on becoming a warrior. She's worried about a number of things: a few highlights being her family and friends becoming injured or killed, her own self sacrifice for her pack brothers, and recklessness on the battle field. Ni often hears terrifying stories from her parents about whole families dying in the heat of battle, and is terrified that her whole family will be killed, leaving her all alone to mourn her losses.
Lani's also anxious about battling in general. She knows her strengths and weakness', and she knows she can fight fairly well for her age, but she's not cocky, and knows there are those stronger than she.
-Rowdy. Ni is a ball of energy, and rarely tires down toward the end of the day. Her parents have a hard time getting her to settle down for bedtime- mind you, just about anything at all. This character trait will mellow out as she gets older and become more mature, but there will always be a part of her filled with unending energy.
-Serious. This trait will set in once she's older, but she does show hints of it in her pup hood. Although Ni is quite boisterous and energetic, she has been known to have mood swings- sometimes instantly- to where she becomes very serious. It's not random: usually the situation calls for it.
-Mood Swings. As stated above, Ni gets mood swings- not continuously, like every day, and not drastically different (excited to depressed, for example). She's not sure why she's like this, and she can't stop it from happening- she's just expressing her feelings.
-Responsible. Although she's bouncy and quite crazy, Lei is very responsible for her age. She usually does what he parents tell her to do the first time. There are, obviously, times when she's in a bad mood, and won't do it, but for the most part, she obeys.
-Adventurous. Lani loves to explore and go on as many adventures as possible. When she was younger, she was one of the first ones out of the den. When no ones around, Ni secretly sneaks off to explore on her own, although she manages to get in trouble almost every time.
-Bossy. Ni can be VERY bossy at times, and likes to take over as one of the leaders of her siblings. This irritates her siblings greatly, and she apologizes profusely, but she can't seem to help her self. When her mind is set, she doesn't like to have others changing her mind. This applies to games, and, possibly in the future, battle strategies.
-Touchy. Lei isn't touchy as in "oversensitive", but in better words, she requires touch from others. This means a rub of the flank, or the touch of someones tail. She doesn't exactly know why she needs it, but she knows that it's hard to go a day without someones physical touch. Her mother tells her she's been like that since she was born, and always slept the closest to Lotis at night.
