So yeah, this is Kyoshi my Rainbow Umbreon. I'll tell you his story.
Kyoshi was a rare thing to happen. As a Eevee he survived through experiments. His DNA was mixed, and instead of him coming out deformed like the others. He had obtained rainbow markings on him. After being trained be had evolved into Umbreon. His rings now change colors at a constant pace. He had strength that out matched some legendary Pokemon. Team Fuzen took some of his DNA and took out most the Umbreon DNA getting as much of the Rainbow powers. They then put the DNA into a stone, turning it into a stone that too, changed colors. Fuzen used that stone on a shiny Vulpix, a Houndour and a baby Lugia. It made each of them turn black with parts of them turned colorful. Except for the shiny Vulpix with turned grey with colorful tails.
Kyoshi escaped with the stone and the three other Rainbow Pokemon. Being the strongest of them he helped train and evolve them.
Kyoshi know remains as the keeper of the stone, allowing chosen Pokemon to become rainbow and help them defeat team Fuzen.
