When I saw this months PPS kitty, I just had to do an oekaki of it. I think the charm on her tail turned out surprisingly well! I just love how the bright blue in the charm and her eyes pops out at you, since the rest of the colors are dark. I tried my best making stars in the background - I think I may be getting better.
The signature conflicted with the background, so I rewrote it in the bottom corner - I hope that was okay ^^
