I got this girlie from The Agency, but I haven't done any art of her yet despite. So I figured I'd do a quick color in. I changed her base coat color because while I know she was originally black, the color that was chosen seemed a bit more like a dull purple. I stuck with the desaturated color but went with a more darker blue hue.

I'll have fun practicing glow effects with her.
