Really, very nice job! I'll not try for a pup, tempting as it is, but I want to answer this question anyways :3.

Aw thank you. <3 Really you flatter me. The two I thought had beautiful pups. I was thinking of maybe breeding Cynder and another. Maybe some 'cardinal' colors or other birds. Any Ideas?

Pup's Story:

"Hey! Come back!" Lexis yelled, "I need help!" but the others had already run off, they were laughing at her, Lexis sighed, "Stupid mud puddle" she growled and looked around for something to grab onto, nothing, not even a fallen branch. Lexis flapped her wings hard, trying to lift herself out of the puddle, but it did nothing, her wings weren't fully developed yet and couldn't take her weight. She sighed again and started forcing her paws forward through the think puddle of mud. Lexis kept on moving, even though her legs were aching because of the thick mud. She was about a metre away from the edge when she heard a voice,
"What are you doing there, youngster?" it asked, the voice sounded gruff, like a males voice. Lexis turned her head. A light brown wolf was standing on the far side of the puddle, he had a white underbelly, which Lexis could see clearly because she was still a small pup.
"Need some help?" he asked,
"Definitely not" Lexis growled at him, "I'm as strong as my papa, I'm gunna be as strong as an elephant!"
The male wolf nodded and walked around to the front of the mud puddle and sat on his haunches,
"Well, since we may be here for a while, let me introduce myself," he said, "I am Excaliber, and I have come to save you!" he said proudly, Lexis looked at him and burst into laughter,
"Save me? I'm as strong as an elephant, I don't need saving!" she said with complete confidence, Excaliber looked at her and shook his head, *silly pup* he mumbled to himself.
"Who are you?" he asked Lexis,
"I am Lexis," said in an independent tone, Excaliber looked quizzically at her wings,
"You have wings, no?" Lexis nodded,
"Why don't you lift yourself out?" Excaliber said, knowing full well that she had already tried,
"I can't," she said, but with confidence, "So i'm using all my strength and using my legs."
Lexis kept trying to get out of the puddle, but the thick mud had exhausted her and she had given up, Lexis was determined not to ask for assistance from the big wolf. In her stubbornness, sleep had caught up with her and she dozed off in the mud puddle. Excaliber sat there looking at her. He shook his head again and stepped into the mud puddle. He picked Lexis up gently by the scruff of her neck and walked over to his hollow tree, it was the puppies yelling and play fighting that had woken him up, he had saw the little white one fall into the mud puddle and felt sorry for her. He set Lexis down inside the tree, covered her in his tattered blanket and lay down outside. Lexis slept soundly and woke up the next morning feeling very refreshed and warm. She looked around and scared herself silly, "Where am I!?" she barked,
"Be quiet, little one, sleeping is a virtue," said Excaliber as he poked his head into the tree and smiled, "You're in my tree." Lexis looked straight into his eyes and growled,
"Take me home."
Excaliber grabbed her by the scruff of the neck and set her down outside
"Climb up," he said as he bowed down, Lexis gladly jumped, flapped her tiny wings to get some lift and landed on his back, "FORWARD!" she howled,
Excaliber turned his head and rolled his eyes, Lexis laughed and looked at him with an excited look on her face,
"It's an adventure!"
(kinda still a w.i.p, but what comes next is basically they get to Lexis' parents cave and they've gone, leaving Lexis by herself, Excaliber takes her in and trains her the ways of the lone wolf, she grows up to be strong and a good fighter, 'Ber is my fursona btw)

Cynder and Matt do make a nice couple ^^.
Other birds. Hmm. Let me see...Well, there are many nice, bright red birds like cardinals:
Cardinal (Of course XD)
Scarlet Tanager
Rose-breasted Grosbeak
Vermilion Flycatcher

And blue to blue-ish species:
Steller's Jay
Tree Swallow
Loggerhead Shrike (This one is more...grey...)

I tried to stick with just red and blue, but still listed more then I meant to ^^;. Got kinda carried away - I'd forgotten how beautiful birds can be. And I think those are just North American species o.0. Do those help?

I'm considering a few species for my own characters that may help, though they're different colors: Am. Goldfinch, Black Capped Chickadee, and Black & White Warbler. The B&W Warbler is just...amazing, to me. o.0.

Yes that does help. <3 They would make beautiful colored wolves. Maybe even the Australian King Fisher. Those are beautiful too.

Why is it wolves seem to go so well with birds? *Just realized this*

I hope you don't mind, Tяiρρ, if I adopted your method of listing pups? My method - list style - was giving me a headache XD.
I doubt anybody will adopt the pups I colored, but it was to ease my boredom ^^;.

I don't mind at all. It's just a simple format but it keeps things organized.

And it's true. You can take any wolf and give it bird markings and it turns out beautiful. <3
