You came back...

Sun (bird) had been bird-napped, but managed to escape and come back to his best friend Zoaza (dog). This is their touching reunion, Zoaza stayed right where she had last saw Sun for the three months he was missing, only leaving to get water from a nearby stream and to hunt, even then staying within 500ft of where she was waiting.
