Bailey Black backstory:
It was a frosty cold night when Bailey was sitting in the dirty yard of which she made her home, completely not by choice. Bailey's master left her with only her food bowl and heavy chain on her neck and a tiny doghouse to shelter in from the cold before he left for night work. Her master only used her for money, entering her in races she never won, because he never gave her any running to keep her muscles in tune. He would strike her and yell at her, then lock her up again. It began snowing softly. Though she was built for this type of weather, being a husky, she needed to stretch her legs. The tight chain wouldn't allow that. Also, being in a crowded, dirty, polution filled city was nothing like the vast open landskapes and clean white snow and refreshingly cold winds. As Bailey got up to inspect her food bowl for any scrap of food left, she had a sudden and very powerful pull toward what she knew was Alaska, where she was from. Bailey tugged and pulled at the chain and finally the heavy metal collar slid off her neck. She shock herself vigerously, loving the feeling of complete freedom. Then she relized that she still needed to get over the fence to get out. Bailey knew that she wouldn't be able to make the jump, so she climbed onto her doghouse and used that as a boost over the fence. She was free!
