Redline for the original artist of these lines. :B Now, let's see if I can explain myself (while apologizing for basically redrawing the entire image and doing such a bad job on the back legs).
Let's start with the head, then go down to the tail. Or something similar.
The head of your wolf looks a bit squashed, and it's too low, giving off the impression that the wolf doesn't have a neck. The muzzle also seems rather boxy -- wolf muzzles have more of a curved muzzle.
All of the limbs are too long for this wolf -- try observing the limb:body size ratio of real wolves to get a better idea of how to draw them.
The front left arm (the one facing the viewer) has rather strange placement of joints, and it looks like the beginning of the limb doesn't start at its shoulders, but somewhere near the bottom of the chest. Generally, the part of the limb below the second joint (under the elbow, above the paw) is shorter than the forearm, if that makes any sense. As for the front right arm, it's positioned in such a way that it looks like the origin of that limb is near the stomach of the wolf, instead of its shoulders. Remember, wolves do have shoulders, even if in photographs it doesn't look like it!
The back shouldn't curve so much, and the rump shouldn't "bump out" so much, if that makes any sense.
The second joint on both of the hind legs (the ones that look like they point toward the tail) are much too high up.
The paws of your wolf also seem to be misplaced, in a sense: they all are parallel to the ground, whereas a running/jumping wolf or canine in that position... erm, does not. </derp>
And lastly, the tail -- I'm pretty sure canines can't bend their tails that way, and since the one you drew is running or jumping, the tail should be trailing out and away from its body, sorta like a streamer.
Hope this helps a little -- I'm aware that some of the anatomy of my redline is a bit botched up too. ^^; Sorry.
